Genotek Biochem offers scaffolds and scaffold-based compound libraries for all discovery
sciences including medicinal chemistry, drug discovery, agrochemicals & material sciences.
Scaffolds, which form the core of a structure with multiple diverse points, are selected by
means of organic & analytical chemistry. Their chemical modifications result in a number of
intermediates / building blocks and subsequent functionalization which provide final
compounds.
We provide synthesis of novel compounds by modification of our scaffolds via validated
synthetic procedures to meet customer requirements & specifications. Alternatively, custom
synthesis of specific compounds or chemical compound libraries based on customer’s
scaffolds is available upon request, on either FFS or FTE basis.
